  3. Ship Your Item: Package your item securely and send it to the address provided in the return authorization email. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank — processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, contact us at info@hibacomputers.com with your order number and item condition.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to the address provided in the return authorization email. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
